The Challenge
Many regions across Africa and other underserved parts of the world face severe infrastructural challenges, especially in rural areas where traditional bridges are aging, poorly built, or completely absent. Sudan, like many countries in the region, has seen repeated tragedies—over 8,000 children and young people lost in the last decade due to collapsing or unstable bridges.
